"This hotel is fairly new and we have a nice boardwalk by the beach for morning and evening stroll. The main pool is very nice and our kids love swimming in it. Our room is very quiet and you can barely hear waves from the beach. "

Access to the on sit beach and other nearby beaches (Worthing/ Rockley) are close and an easy walk. The walk to and from the boardwalk is nice, beautiful, and easy, if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant onsite Champers is a 2 minute walk if that and has amazing food and views."

"Lovely modern property on Worthing beach. Andre, Karen and Simon were friendly and helpful hosts. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The property’s balcony was also a nice place to relax. Location is good right on the beachfront (with beds) with a couple small bars either side. Walkable distance to the gap for more options for restaurants/bars or to Rockley beach."

"The hotel is attached to a hotel school. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and boardwalk with bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Lovely!"

"The manor house common areas are decorated artfully and the seating is comfortable. The pool is made to look like a grotto and is very pleasant, especially when the frogs start to sing. Strolling the grounds is a treat and the peacocks are quite entertaining. The dining is excellent and I had shrimp each day in different dishes. The chef cooks it perfectly! "

"Lovely property. Never felt crowded and did not have to wake early to get a chair by the beach or pool. Ocean was rough during our stay so we walked over to pebbles beach for calmer waters. Would return!"
