I had a nice 2-night stay here. I so appreciated the hotel staff staying longer at reception so we could check in, as our tour went later than expected. Check-in was smooth and I felt accommodated. The hotel itself is small, but comfortable and nice. The room had everything we needed, bed was comfy. I appreciated the balcony right over the pool area, as well as having on site dining. Breakfast could have been better quality, but the convenience was nice. The hotel is located right on the main street, so it's easy to catch a taxi. It's also a 5-minute walk from beautiful Maxwell Beach. I would stay here again.

The room was not the greatest but it was doable. We asked for our room to be tended to daily, the cleaner only changed our towels when asked. she only made the bed and didnt change our coffee cups and left garbage there for days. The bins were not emptied either. Mister Hal made our stay, he was friendly, always had great advice and was never too busy to assist. The girl at the front desk was also very helpful.

Ideal for a couple of nights on the island. Really enjoyed going to Oistins fish market area for dinner both nights - highly recommend!! Local buses to/from v cheap ‘n cheerful but a bit of risk (speed, safety etc) Maxwell del Mar is a well run small but very comfortable 3* hotel - great for travel on a budget 👍👍👍

The hotel was very affordable I loved the fact that it had a restaurant and bar and i didnt have to worry about walking far to find food. Mr Hal at the reception was exceptionally helpful and very kind during my stay. He made sure i was taken care of including getting me a taxi back to the airport on time. I really enjoyed my stay. Cute little hotel... rooms are lovely, grounds a little dated but kept very clean. The food was really good in the restaurant and Hal the bartender is great! It's very reasonable considering the proximity to beach and having a nice little pool around back. A little noisy from being on main road, but handy as well! Would recommend for sure..

I had a lovely stay in Maxwell del Mar. My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was very close to a lovely beach. Bus stops are right outside the hotel and it was a very good option for a solo traveler.
