"Everyone—from the front desk to the concierge, and the staff at the restaurant, bar, and café—was excellent. We were stranded in Amsterdam due to severe weather in January 2026, and after two flight cancellations, the best thing that could have happened to us was staying at this hotel for five days.
Despite the circumstances, they made our stay in Amsterdam truly wonderful. I have never felt so welcome at a hotel. Beyond the outstanding staff, the hotel itself is fantastic, and its downtown Amsterdam location is absolutely perfect."

"Excelente hotel, llegué porque me cancelaron un tren y está ubicado en la estación de tren de Ámsterdam donde tmb está el aeropuerto, hermosas habitaciones y gran personal muy amable, me hubiera encantado para pasar más noches aquí."
"The hotel is modern, located outside the Amsterdam downtown. Super well connected with the underground located 300 meters away. I The shower water never gets fully warm… the only bad point."
"Quiet and polished, staff is gentle and they are always keeping restaurant cleaned. Good night meals, awesome check in experience (the app is fantastic). Room is very comfortable. I must admit the shower is a little bit "modern" for me but room was pleasant. Breakfast is also very good. Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood so if you want to enjoy the lobby, it's the right place to be."
