Wonderful, rustic hotel right on the beach. Perfect place to relax for a couple of days away from everything. Large room with a great sea view and s very comfortable bed. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast aswell as a great dinner and cocktails. Khun Kan and her great team, Ton, Mind and Golf just spoiled us with their amazing service.

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

Hotel was extremely clean and decor was visably appealing and intereating. All of the staff from the bell service, to the front desk, and food and bar staff were incredibly nice and eager to help. I don't think I met one person who didn't great me with a smile and make me feel like my questions were the most important thing to them at the moment. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms on the ocean side are worth the price! Great view and roomy. Would be better if the balcony had two chairs instead of one. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Water temp is not really that hot. Overall I’d stay there again.
The hotel is very well located. Shopping, bars and night life is just around the hotel. Only draw back was there was no sea view and there was a little problem of ants. You had to very careful as to not leave any food outside. The rooms are excellent. Very good size. Service was very good. They had a full menu of alcoholic / non alcoholic welcome drink. We loved it. Across the hotel was a very nice massage place. Walk to the beach was only 5 min. Loved our stay.
The staff was nice at the front desk. Top floor room was assigned to me and it was all easy access to the gym and pool. I felt so much privilege staying at the room, so I thank the hotel so much for this.
Also, hotel staffs are all nice to me. They made my stay in Pattaya such a great experience. I would stay again at this hotel next time when I come back to Pattaya.
I Recently stayed at this property I extended my stay twice because it was so comfortable there. When I arrived construction had been completed so I did not have any of the complaints some other reviewer’s mentioned. When you visit Pattaya this hotel offers a comfortable and safe place to stay.
