Hotel rooms a little basic but were very clean and were all we needed for a 3 night ski trip. Advised by the hotel to come via Annecy which we did and the drive to and from Geneva airport ( 70 minutes) was straight forward. Quiet in the evenings because it’s located 2 miles out of La Clusaz which wasn’t a problem for us. Already planning on going back next year."

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Was not aware it was a hostel. It didn’t say on the listing. Paid for breakfast but it was very minimal to nothing. Had to pay for towels toilets were shared amongst other people."

"First class hotel-friendly and helpful staff. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent spa and ski hire on site. Afternoon coffee and cakes a nice surprise. Morning transfer to slopes a real bonus as is bus stop right outside hotel for return after day on the slopes. Would recommend the hotel for a stay in La Clusaz"
