"The whole area is the red light district. They locked the doors early and opened them later in the AM. I could hear the door bell ringing, because it was locked. They also wanted to check the room before you left. I didn't have anything to hide, it was just weird. Nothing is around the area. "

"Room was clean and place is convenient. Very closed to a big food stand hawker stall and lots to choose if you liked to walk for 20 minutes. Even you don’t want to walk far, lots of restaurants around and all opened 24 hours."

"The hotel is a bit outdated and currently undergoing renovations, and I want to give a big thanks to Wilson and Hui Wen for making our stay so comfortable. While the area happens to be in the red-light district (something I only realized upon arrival), it really wasn’t an issue. Note easiest access from MRT is to exit to Chinatown Point mall, then cross Upper Cross street. Trying to exit to Upper Cross street from the MRT station actually puts you further away."
