"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. " O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. Mando meus agradecimentos ao pessoal que cuida, são todos jovens, em especial ao Muriel, que foi muito prestativo comigo."
