"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly.

"The beach and the hotel were beautiful. We really liked the optional tour they offered. The hotel is, of course, very isolated, which is a major plus IMO. Travelers there might want to make sure to bring any things they need, like sunscreen, beach socks, mosquito repellent, coffee (the room didn't have any), etc."

Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.

"Upon check-in the staff was extremely unhelpful. They apparently have reservations issues and even though I had a copy of my confirmation, they still couldn't check me in. It took them an hour to resolve the issue. Then I was given a room that was under construction and had no TV, even though my booking showed a TV. I asked several times for a TV with no luck. They even made me show them my booking again to prove there was supposed to be a TV.
There were Roosters and dogs next to the rooms and...
