"No breakfast "

"The rooms are spacious, the amenities great, staff very polite and attentive. Yet very noisy even though we were on 8th floor we heard a lot of honking and sirens all night long even with closed windows. Also the bathroom had a distinct smell of sewage even after returning to the room in the evening and leaving the window open. "

"The staff are wonderful. Staff assisted cheerfully and efficiently. The Wi-Fi was consistent. The Buffet breakfast can be improved. Refilling of the buffet table was not efficient. Upon my arrival, the staff changed my room. However, the plumbing noises in the next room were so loud that I could hear them through the bathroom wall. I stayed in room #604 in the original tower. My view was lovely. Note: the terrace bar prices were exorbitant. "

"This hotel has clean and nice rooms and it’s located in a good area. I appreciated having plenty of hot water and strong water pressure from the shower every day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative was that my room was on floor 1 and I heard a lot of street noise in the morning, but that is not the hotel’s fault as cdmx is a busy and loud city. "
