Hotels in Macau City Centre

Honestly, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The level of detail the owners put in makes clear this was a true passion project to restore the place to its former glory. Walking in felt like stepping back into the Roaring Twenties. The room itself is small, but every inch of it has been thought through, and it feels far more generous than the square footage suggests. The amenities were wonderful: a full array of snacks and drinks, coffee beans with a grinder in the room and a complimentary...

Customer service and room were amazing! Everything was really clean and staff were really friendly. We will definitely be back to visit.

Left a day early. Nothing to do but gamble. Boring. Did I mention how boring

The staff in the restaurant and concierge are an example of great hospitality. The front desk staff need a great training to wear a smile whenever they face their checking in customers. Housekeeping staff should refrain from entering guest room until guest check out time is over or verify system what times guests check out times. Felt violated my privacy when I’m in the bathroom showering when housekeeping force open my door.

The location and the hotel is good for a family’s vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet have various choices with good value. The service at the hotel and the restaurant is very good. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was central and in the locality we wanted to stay in. We were upgraded and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The service staff were warm and helpful since it was the first time we were visiting Macau. The Assistant Front Office Manager Jenny Zhao very sweetly organised a birthday cake for my husband. We enjoyed our stay at the The Grand Emperor Hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to visit Macau.

It’s ok for the quality of the hotel although we didn’t spend too much time at it.

beautiful room with lovely view

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

This hotel is very convenient and I was able to get around with public transportation. There are also many restaurants( some are even 24/7) and shops close to the hotel. I will stay there again next time when I go to Macau.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. I recommend. The hotel was a real deal, affordable and with top service. I would suggest if you are in a budget and you want to impress your girlfriend, it will work really well.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I first stayed there back in 2014 when they first renovated. The rooms are nice size with comfy bed. I like the location of the hotel as it allows me to walk around to all the local shops and try out all the restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful to accommodate my needs. I was informed by the staff that they offer free pick up for any guest that is staying with them anywhere in Macau. Just called them from the Ferry Terminal or at...

Room is super spacious with a sofa, long table, bed and an awesome toilet with a bathtub and a transparent glass(adjustable curtain) which separates it from the room. U will be able to even watch the tv from the toilet AND there's a speaker in the toilet which plays the audio from the tv. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful, even asked my next destination during check out and offered to get a cab.
