Positive: The apartment is very cozy and super useful if you are staying for a few days - great kitchen and lots of space. They were also recently renovated and were very clean.
It is very close to Grandvalira / Port d'Envalira. We did not have any problems with parking.
The views are amazing.
Negative: It is a little far from markets / larger cities, so you probably should prepare in advance if you want to make food in the apartment. Our bed was also not that confortable.
Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and fresh. I wish there was more amenities on site - gym, sauna, game room? Overall - great location and friendly staff. I would stay here again!
I totally screwed up and failed to notify the hotel that I was arriving after 8, but they did an awesome job of making sure I was all set. The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. Such a nice hotel with wonderful staff. Across the street from Caldea Spa ( highly recommend) and 2 min walk to the pedestrian zone and 20 min walk to old town. Parking is available underground for a fee. Would love to return!
The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.
