"Great property to stay in the woods"

"Great property with great room. We took a premium room for 3 days and the hotel was kind enough to shift our booking date free of cost without any questions asked even beyond the allowed date. They have excellent dining and breakfast in the hotel on property. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and the view is excellent. The location is also convenient with old and new manali mall roads just few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent stay."

"The rooms are not heated so dress warm. The blankets provided were very warm.That helped .Arrived late and the property was a little difficult to find. The walls are thin and can hear people in next room well. Besides these things we had a good overall visit."

"The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless"

"Property is at a very good location. Hadimba temple and mall road and old manali is at walking distance. The view from the room balconies and terrace is good. Breakfast also has sufficient options and all of them tastes great. One issue was with cleanliness. The chairs on terrace/balconies etc was dusty. Even the furniture in the room was not appropriately clean. Another issue was with basic amenities such as hot water/geyser, hair dryer and heater. Hair dryer was limited in number and was...
