"All staffs are helpful and kind. The room was exceptionally well maintained and clean. We spent a very happy night in this hotel. One minor issue was during a shower, splashing water came out of the shower door and creating a small pool out side of shower room. Other than everything was excellent."

"Novotel Bern was a solid choice for our stay, especially for its convenience and overall comfort. The hotel is located right on a tram line, which made getting around Bern very easy, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The property was also clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. A few practical notes for future guests: we didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on it. Food and drinks at the hotel are quite expensive, which is typical for Switzerland but still worth planning for. The bar area is pleasant for a short stop, though somewhat limited in selection and atmosphere. Room size may be a consideration for families—while functional, the configurations (either a queen with a sofa bed or two twins with a sofa bed) felt a bit tight for four people. One disappointment was a restaurant recommendation from the concierge. It was presented as a classic Swiss experience, but turned out to be both overpriced and underwhelming—the biggest letdown of our time in Bern. It’s worth doing a bit of independent research before committing to dining suggestions. Overall, Novotel Bern is a reliable, well-located option, particularly for short stays or travelers prioritizing easy transport access."

"This was a great location with many shops and restaurants to choose from. From walking down to see the scenic Aare River to marveling at the towns beautiful streets and sites. Everything was relatively close. The Bern train station was an approximate 8 minute walk as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that breakfast was included and for the duration of your stay the local transit was also included. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is a nice, clean, comfy hotel. Very modern. Pictures are accurate as to what you see on line. The hotel is a bit outside the main centre and not much around it. However, it is a quick bus ride (less than 10 mins- take the 101 or 107 from the train station). The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick simple meals. Staff was friendly and helpful."
