"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people.
The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using.
Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links.

"The hotel is situated in the centre of old city between China Town and Little India within the walking distance to all major sights. Unlimited shopping and dining options nearby. Public busses around the corner. The staff could me more helpful, cleanelles of the room was OK. Cleaned every day with complimentary drinking water. Markets next door. "

10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it.
They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered."

"Bien situado. La habitación un poco pequeña pero suficiente. Personal muy atento. Dan agua y dos refrescos gratis, además de otros detalles en el bar de la terraza. Tiene jacuzzi gratuito. La única pega que no tuvimos agua caliente.

"Todo estuviera muy bien. Solo que la habitación no era como en las fotos (era mucho mas pequeña), además hubo una persona que se porto muy grosera cuando le dijimos que necesitabamos solo unos minuto se para tomarnos nuestras maletas y hacer check out (ya eran las 11:59 creo)"

"Nos encantó el Hotel! excelente ubicación, al lado Komtar donde tomamos bus CAT y transporte local. Cercano también ak Barrio Chino y Barrio India. La habitación hermosa, con buena vista. Gimnasio disponible 24 hrs y piscina con una vista hermosa. Desayuno excelente! y restaurante en el primer nivel con variedad de platos a un precio intermedio. En resumen: excelente hotel tanto en servicios como en ubicación, sumado a una recepción muy atenta y cercana del personal. "

The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "
