"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. I got a room with no window but the ventilation works fine (doesn’t feel stuffy) There’s an elevator plus free water at the lobby. The staff are very helpful :)"
