Very centrally located; probably our favorite hotel we stayed at in Thailand (of 6 total) for service, friendliness, and buffet. Right across street from a great, energetic local people's park.
When we arrived, we did not realize that they had discontinued the elephant encounter. The owner / manager was so kind that he accommodated us with another elephant in excursion and transportation free of charge. The staff was super friendly and their rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.

I had the most amazing stay here. Staff was amazing, property was clean and beautiful. It was so peaceful and delightful. I would stay here again and again. Staff met all my needs plus more and also gave me the cutest note with a goodbye gift. Definitely a recommendation to stay when visiting Chiang Mai

Really cool hotel. Clean, modern, everything was just right. It's hotel room, but you feel like you are in an apartment. Area around the hotel has everything you need. Shopping, food and coffee. I'll be back someday because its so good
We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Great walking distance to day and night markets. If you tell the front desk you’d like to rent a motorbike, they will have one delivered and picked up right at the hotel. We loved being next door to the school. Gave a real sense of daily life in Chiang Mai.
This was one of our favorite properties we stayed at during our two week trip. Being able to walk right out from the hotel into the Sunday Walking Street was a dream, yet somehow still being protected from the busy sound of the night market. The staff was great, breakfast was tasty, pool was cold and clean, and our room even had a view of some temples. Such an amazing hotel to stay at!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. I had a great time. The dim sum restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.
