Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well...

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.
Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. I was in BA mostly for business for 2 weeks, and had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helped me sort out numerous problems (lost luggage, reservation changes, etc.). The room was great and had all the features you'd expect, and the location was quite convenient as well. Most importantly (for me, at least), the wi-fi was incredibly fast compared with other hotels/apartments I've tried in BA. If you go downstairs to get a good signal, you'll get speeds approaching...
5 star service and quality at significantly lower prices. We had a lot of special requests and al were handled, politely, promptly and correctly. The staff is as well trained as at hotels charging 2 or 3 X .. Especially big shout out to both Melanie and Alejandra ,at the front desk are outstanding!!
This hotel is a perfect combination of hotel and apartment. The 1 bedroom I was in was cozy but modern and had all the necessary amenities, including wi-fi and smart TV (netflix, etc...). Another added plus was the cell phone they lend along with the room. Great to have for making my own calls in the city as my iphone was not so handy there.
The hotel is in a perfect location for walking in the Recoleta. Not too far to walk to Palermo and MALBA. Great shopping, cafes, pastry shops, take out...
Clean and quiet. Room was very pleasant and clean. Balcony was welcoming. Maria is wonderful as the host manager. Very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. I would let my daughter stay there by herself. Close to all the Recolleta attractions.
