"Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. "

Our 6 year old son had a fantastic time at the pools and playing in the games area with new friends. Nice and close to a small shopping centre if you want to step out. But not in an overly busy area. "This is a great location for Masca (take the bus!), Los Gigantes and Teide national park by car. The hotel is a very attractive building with good parking in nice setting. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is good. Our room was clean and spacious but could perhaps do with a refresh. The ability to get a beer before 6.30pm would be good!"

"There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

"We had an excellent stay at the Mediterranean palace Tenerife. The hotel is located in one of the best places right by El Camisón beach where you can see the most beautiful sunset. It has great facilities with an amazing pool, beach volleyball court and lots of entertainment. The best however was the incredibly friendly staff who made our time there extra special. We will certainly be back! "
