"Très bien situé, même si ma chambre était petite, le lit était très confortable. Salle de bain très propre, avec des produits type savon, shampooing, de bonne qualité et en quantité très raisonnable. Piscine petite mais très agréable, entourée d’oliviers. Dame de l’accueil très aimable, donnant de bons conseils pour découvrir la ville, ainsi que de bonnes adresse de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner était bien, dommage qu’il n’y ait eu du melon que de façon irrégulière…."

"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."

"AMAZING! Beautiful location. Tuscany rolling hill views! If you are traveling with lots of luggage and/or toddlers, it's easier to take a taxi from Santa Maria Florence train station. There was an issue with WiFi that no one could figure out, google apps such as gmail, YouTube wouldn't work normally on my iPhone, it would only work through safari app. Will definitely come back next time we visit Italy."

"The front desk staff, on all shifts, was excellent in helping us store luggage, locate areas of the city to visit, arrange transportation to the airport, and otherwise plan a short one-night stay before we flew from Florence the next morning. Out of the "normal" touristy areas and there are several neighborhood-type restaurants in walking distance. All in all a very fine experience. Also very convenient to the airport."
