"A very convenient hotel. Lovely pool. Staff were generally helpful (esp pool and restaurant). We had an early flight and were able to get packed breakfasts which were very generous. Restaurant meal was a little bland but generous quantities with friendly staff. If you want a private shuttle at a time that suits you (rather than go on the hour) book well in advance as there are only four drivers. The rate of a private shuttle is more competitive than taxis but understandably need to give the hotel more warning than we were able to. Rooms were good size but the ones facing the road can be a little noisy."

"We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport! From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The young lady who greeted us at the airport shuttle was incredibly kind, and the shuttle driver was friendly and professional. The complimentary airport shuttle made our arrival so easy and stress-free. We stayed for one night before continuing our trip. Our room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. We also truly appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage for several days at no additional cost while we traveled. That was such a convenient and thoughtful service. And I have to mention the cappuccino—it was unforgettable! Absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Nairobi!"
