"Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"

"To start, the staff greeted us as we arrived and collected our luggage to bring inside for an early check in. All the staff was so knowledgeable about the city and provided a detailed map with things to do and areas to explore. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a plethora of fresh meats and cheeses, fruits, veggies and pastries. And delicious made to order coffees! "Very clean, newly renovated, amazing pool and sunbeds with pillows. The staff and the reception are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely beds and lovely bathroom. The staff comes to prepare your room for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is also very close to everything, walkable, but in a quiet area. If you can, o would suggest a room with sea view because the view is just amazing on the sea"
