"The hotel is located near the thermal cave in a central position just outside the city, yet it is accessible via public transport (bus line 20). The room we stayed in was small and cramped; one would expect a 4-star hotel to maintain its rooms better. "This is a go to for my unwind from jet lag after a long flight. Staff is so friendly and it’s such a great location "

"We really enjoyed our stay. I'm a very frequent traveler and something just stood out here. Staff was very welcoming, room very nice. Breakfast venue really nice. Curtains fully covered from light. Room warm, big and nice. Very good beds. Just easy and nice! We didn't use the small spa, but we should have! Note the hotels' breakfast restaurant next door has some really nice food! Consider having dinner there! ;)"

"It is a cost-effective accommodation option."

"Wonderful spa experience in a spectacular mountain setting. Views for miles. Lovely staff and very good meals. Lots of healthy thermal waters nearby. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Recommend this hotel and surrounding area. "
