Hotels in Lonavala

It was an amazing hotel. The best I have ever stayed anywhere in the world so far. Amazing service, awesome pool, good city views what else you could ask for. What really differentiated this one from others was the automation and attention to details. Large size rooms at affordable cost with amazing city views.

Was good but had problems with shower and tv did not work

It was a second visit after couple of years. Everything is still nice and beautiful. With the kind of charges the experiences (Agro Tour, Flora Tour, etc) must be as per the guest's convenience. Making it once a day is not good. Another drawback was cycling - the cycling area is too restricted and with the current area its of no use. There should be more longer cycling tracks. Earlier there used to be around 12-15 cycles. But there were only 4-5 this time. Staff said they are out for maintenance...

We were upgraded to a suite by the General Manager, which offered a breathtaking valley view. We truly enjoyed the experience and greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

I would call this place heaven on earth. In this world of electronics I felt I have reached a place where you can commune with nature and spend quality time with friends and family. Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place runs like clockwork. Was very happy to receive personal phone calls reminding us for lunch and dinner.Can't wait to go back and enjoy the other machans.

Friendly staff and delicious food from their restaurant. The rooms look nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com.

Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....
