Had great recommendations for food and hikes nearby. He also took the time to show us his family’s tea farm only 2 minutes away. The views were incredible. We stayed here for one night while traveling from Sun Moon Lake to Alishan. The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The owner was extremely polite and provided many helpful tips and suggestions for our travel plans, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel was spotlessly, clean, the pool and hot tub on the rooftop were wonderful, particularly when you watch the sunrise. The rooftop bartender was engaging and entertaining, very fun. The staff at check-in and check out efficient, kind, and delightful.

Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient.
I liked the location of the hotel, conveniently located at the beginning of a strip of shopping, then down to the pier. The staff was welcoming and service was great. The room (3 beds) was spacious, modern and great partial view of the lake. The breakfast was good, lots of options.
