"Me canviaron de habitación, por olor a tabaco. Otro día llegué y no tenía luz en la habitación y no habían hecho la cama. Lo de la luz solucionado. Lo de la cama no. Pero eso no desmerecer el conjunto del hotel."

"Excellent stay overall. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was very convenient. A special thanks to Jonathan, who attended us incredibly well. He explained how to use the Alipay app and was extremely helpful during our stay. A huge plus is that he speaks both Spanish and English, which made everything much easier for us. Highly recommended!"
