"The staff is beyond rude they questioned my company and then told that I was not allowed to have company after full payment was already paid for my stay. While resting on the last day my sister decided to stay a little while long before her next trip although I told the front desk I was leaving early check out is at 11 am and my sister was rudely disturbed for a hour until it was check out time by loud knocks on the door and the front desk lady asking for the key to the room it was rude and unusual I would not stay at this specific place again but it is beautiful but you get no real privacy and you or it may have just been the lady that was at the desk she was really the only problems because the giest were extremely friendly "

"Room was DISGUSTING, roaches, drug deals out front, paint was peeling off the walls, pool was drained and non operational, "free Internet" only worked from the lobby. Thankfully we only needed a bed to sleep in before our cruise the next day, or else I would have walked out IMMEDIATELY. Paid over $100 for a roach motel. STAY AWAYYY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Spend the extra $20 and stay at a motel 8 or something better than this place. There's a smoke shop being run out of one of the rooms. The entire property smelled like marijuana!"

"so room floor was so dirty! fan on ceiling had thick layer of dust on. air conditioning was so loud that It was impossible to have in on at night! garden was overgrown with weeds and looked very messy. kitchen had microwave and fridge that’s it. "

"My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover. The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful. Everything else fell short. There is no self-parking, only valet at $30/night plus an additional $30/night resort fee that felt unjustified. The listing photos showed a living room and a bedroom with two full or queen beds, but we were only given the bedroom and bathroom—no living room at all. Although the room looked clean at first glance, the mattress cover had long black hair on it, dust under the bed, and the AC/cleaning-supply closet was full of dust. The kitchenette area had a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, but only one mug and a few utensils—no plates. The mini fridge worked fine. The bathroom doors showed noticeable water damage. We also smelled marijuana both on the balcony and in the outdoor lobby area. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning."
