"Besides being in the perfect location, the staff were incredible! I had left my jewelry case in the room on departure which had thousands of dollars worth of jewelry in it. They returned it to me with absolutely nothing taken. We are so delighted at the honesty of the staff. Thankyou 😊"

"The room was clean, the kitchen was usable, the bathroom and bedrooms are fine. It was an old hotel so we’re not expecting much but the smell of the room has a very strong smoke(cigarette) smell/scent to it. They have placed a lot of no smoking sign all over the room so I don’t know why the room still has a strong smokey scent. Anyway, it’s nice that the hotel has a playground and a hot tub so that’s a plus and walking distance to restaurants which is great. "

"We enjoyed staying at Copperstone Resort. Our unit was very clean and well laid out. We have a little dog, so require a pet friendly place and we had an end unit with easy access to the outside area. Like that there’s a stream and walking path right behind. Would definitely recommend"

"Lovely stay in Banff! The hot tub was incredible, the cave was very unique and the lights at night were the best part. We stayed in a superior room with balcony that overlooked Tunnel Mountain! Also great to be on top of Chilis. One of the best stays we’ve had in awhile! Plus free bus passes made getting to the attractions very easy. "
