Ismail (desk manager) and Ramy (receptionist) provided 5-Star service, ensuring I had an easy and seamless stay. I felt very safe as this hotel provided 24/7 high-end security, and I also enjoyed breakfast and quick in-room dining. I will absolutely stay at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino again, and cannot thank Ismail, Ramy, and staff enough for ensuring I had an amazing first stay in Cairo."
