"The staff went above and beyond when we were running late to ensure we were able to get into our room. They even deep cleaned my room before arrival to assist with my potential allergies. It really made our stay wonderful. I can most definitely recommend!
Only note to be aware is the bedrooms are upstairs and you need to be able to carry your bags up to them. "

"The lady manager greeted us on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful and bubbly which made a difference to our stay it mad us feel welcome, the only thing was there wasn't always someone on reception.
The restaurant was nice but wasn't keen on the very large thick cut chips which were under cooked. And I'm not sure if the person serving us was a man or a woman...he spoke and looked like a man but had a dress on!!!

The only place with 24 hour check in without going to Lancaster, 2nd time staying, got a newly renovated room, very comfy bed and a great breakfast the next morning. "Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost.

"We always enjoy our stay here. The bedrooms could do with refurbishment but it is clean, staff are very friendly.
The evening meal although limited was excellent special mention to the chef everything including breakfast was very good. Also special mention to the gardener the flower beds and grounds are beautifully kept.

I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out.
