"Location is perfect for a night out, Shopping and a stroll by the waterfront. Easy to get to the Airport and a 2 stop bus trip to the train Station. The welcome at the reception, by a young chap, was loveley. If you are a light sleeper, you might find it a bit noisy, WE diden't age 65 and 66."

"Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again."

I arrived slightly after 17:30 at the provided address and called the number from the message, but received no answer. After finally reaching someone on a different number, communication was difficult as the person seemed stressed.
