"One of the better breakfast offerings I have had in a while- delicious. Staff were all so lovely. And when it took so much longer than expected to get my room, they were very quick to try to make it right. Valet was easy and very quick. Everything about my stay was just right."

"Pros: Good basic hotel. A little dated but clean and nice. The water fountain and yard were nice features. Pool is small but clean. Cons: room service has to be booked 1 day earlier! Also the breakfast is half decent (even though it is mostly frozen waffles/egg sandwich/etc. But it did not include basic stuff: no milk, no honey. Overall good stay."

"Very clean and upscale hotel located blocks from beautiful English Bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean with full kitchen. Furnishings are tasteful. Nice shower. Only real complaint was the squeaky bed frame."
