"Breakfast was great and fresh no need for ac not hot enough but it was present Clean room very homey and had a balcony so airy Kudos to Monica she was always so pleasant and smiling offered breakfast to go when we were leaving early to sightsee Roberto at checking in was always so helpful and smiling with the map and metro information Miranda evening desk was friendly and helpful The young man that cleaned our room did a great job I know l was on vacation but l felt very welcomed by this hotel Walking distance to taxi station,Vatican, restaurants, metro which was easily understood for travel "

"Very disappointed with this hotel. Its layout is odd and awkward; you have to take one tiny elevator to get you to the lounge level, then another tiny elevator to your actual floor, all while dragging your luggage because there is no Bell Hop. Rooms needed maintenance and updating. Maid service left dirty towels on the floor twice!"

"Great location, mostly very quiet. Short walks to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Coliseum. Nothing special in terms of linens, towels, bed was really stiff… Staff very helpful. If you stay in the “attic” the room and bath are spacious but there are two additional flights of stairs as the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor and there is a flight of stairs within the “apt”. We didn’t need the heat pump in early April, but you will have to make sure the skylight is closed by staff if you want to heat or cool the room."

"The pictures in the ad are nothing what it actually is for the buffet. The fruit is pineapple apples, oranges. The A/C did not work. No English option on the TV. Water pressure very poor. "
