"Simple check in and great room"

"The hotel was amazing, the rooms gorgeous, the food and bar amazing. The only downside to our stay was being woken up ay.t 7am by the room cleaners as the cupboard they used was right next to our room. Avoid rm 22 if possible as we had a late night and would have loved a lay in as check out wasnt until 11am. Other than that no complaints x"

"This isn't 5* but nor are the prices. Efficient and helpful owners/staff. Close to city center. Easy, free parking. Limited choice breakfast in bed. Served on time. We would use it again and have already recommended it to friends. Goid value for money. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, got checked in swiftly by Emily who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay, very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. We did have issues with heating but the gentleman on the night shift provided us with heaters that were more than sufficient heating our room up perfectly. Room was spotless, cleaned by Beti, thank you! Buffet breakfast was plentiful and filling, everywhere looked very clean and welcoming. We look forward to coming back again!"

"Clean room , shame the paint was flaking in the bathroom and a bit dodgy in the main room too , could do with a fresh coat."
