"We really loved this hotel. A great welcome, room was of a high standard and the standard of service was generally high. The hotel has really thought about accessible needs for wheelchair users and we are definitely coming back. Try the beach bar, but the buffet restaurant is good too. One area for improvement is that the standard of food for the early evening in the Level needs improving and when food runs out, the restocking needs to take place more quickly. "The swimming pool floating debris should be removed more frequently. There were wasps floating and one managed to stung me. The lifeguards were helpful but it was a maintenance staff responsibility. The Daia beach food is not good with ‘Calamares fritos’ sticking to each other. No compensation after complaining about it. Aitana during breakfasts and Marian/Inma for room cleaning were outstanding in their services."
