"Very nice and interesting hotel located in Oltrarno, the artsy, lively area of Florence center, but a few blocks away from the crowds. Location is excellent! The hotel is quiet and has a wonderful history. I would stay there again. "

"There were issues with utilities of some sort so our stay was moved to another property. The Residenza Sant'Anna is the place we stayed. Roomy, breakfast provided, Older and typical of the area. Close to train station and many attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink. Much to see in historical Florence."

"The room (family room with loft) was updated and very well kept, as was the overall property. Breakfast area and garden were perfect for rest after a day of exploring. Food was plentiful and excellent. Joan, one of the operators, was a joy to be around. Great option for couples and families."

"피렌체 열차역에서 숙소까지 걸어서 30분정도 걸렸으며, 우리가 숙소에 도착하고 나서 청소하시는 분이 청소를 하기시작하여 시간을 몇시간 낭비한거를 제외하곤 전반적으로 만족스러웠음. 6명이 지내기에 적당한 크기와 청결도도 높음. 다음에 피렌체에 다시 가게 된다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳임. "
