"This place was an absolute disappointment and far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property felt neglected and in serious disrepair. The condition was shocking—missing carpet, exposed areas without proper drywall, a terrible parking lot, and overall cleanliness issues throughout. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was a major letdown and not clearly communicated beforehand. The environment was loud, dirty, and extremely unwelcoming. Staff were not friendly, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. Guests deserve an honest warning before booking, as this hotel did not match reasonable expectations in any way. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"Beautiful breakfast set up. Loved the room window feature the black out shade made it great for sleeping in. Had two service dogs and two kids. Presented proper paperwork for animals and was never pestered about them again like some places ask you every time your in the lobby if they were accounted for. Only downside was alot of kids were booked for this hotel due to a game and the kids spent all morning and afternoon running up and down halls making it hard to sleep or keep the dogs distracted. Staff was respectful and helpful when asked and didn't hover. Other than the noisy kids in halls the stay was perfect ."

"This motel is definitely an older motel but it has great character. Check in was very easy. Beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. It was homey. We parked right outside our door with easy access to come and go. Our view was the lake so it was great to see right away in the morning."

"Everything was great, warm pool, good breakfast. The only thing is the hot tub was really hot."
