Had a great experience staying here. Facilities and room were very clean, staff was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the view of the river is breathtaking. Looking forward to staying here again.
We had a very late check in, but staff were quick. Room was very clean and well appointed. Even had a Keurig coffee maker and a good choice for coffee. My only complaint was that the mattress was quite hard. Everything else was exceptional. Very nice breakfast selection in the morning as well.
I really enjoyed my stay here. While there isn’t a lot in the immediate vicinity (though Black Angus is right next door), it’s still in a convenient part of Vancouver, next to the highway which allows quick access to Portland or Downtown Vancouver. My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t notice any noises outside or from other rooms, so falling asleep was no issue. They included a complimentary breakfast which has a nice selection of items. A minor suggestion that the hotel could benefit...
There a Walmart near by so it is nice to just stop by and grab whatever we need, Dutch bros coffee in the morning is also around the corner. The wall of the room is a little thin so if you neighbors is loud that could be a problem but we had a good time. The bed frame make sound, like it is stable but also a little unstable.
Literally only ‘complaint’ the pool was ice cube cold and hot tub jets didn’t work. BUT everything else was great!! And front desk staff very welcoming and funny!
My sister and I booked the Allen House for the 4th of July weekend. We loved the property and the house is absolutely stunning. If you love old historical homes it's a great find. The owners were very kind and helpful and the food was so amazing!! We loved their dog captain and the room was very cozy and cute. The only thing I would say is that it gets very warm in the room and I like to sleep in colder rooms so that was my only complaint about the stay. Everything else was a 10/10. I would...
From the moment I walked in to check-in I felt welcomed. They are amazingly Covid-19 compliant - everything was
immaculate. I felt totally safe in the room and anywhere in the hotel. They offer a sack breakfast or hot eggs and meat served individually by a staff member. They have taken every precaution to keep guests' health safe. Bed was comfy, room nice and extra special amenities in the bathroom. Loved the channel choices on the TV. Didn't have to miss my favorite shows. Set back from...
Clean, safe, quiet, friendy staff. Beds and pillow quality was excellent. The kitchen with a stove and a full size refrigerator was a very convenient. Excellent stay. Will stay again.
We were fortunate to be greeted by Joanne at the front desk. Our long plane ride arrived earlier than expected and we were completed exhausted. We assumed that we would just leave our luggage behind the front desk and walk about the city and wait until rooms were ready. We didn't even ask if we could check in early. She took it upon herself to see if one was available and got us in right away. GREAT SERVICE .. Than you!
Really nice place for the price. I've stayed in other hotels for around the same price and none of them have been as modern and equipped as these places are. Like a condo. Kitchen, dish's, living room, office area and bedroom all in one spacious studio.
We were in town for a family funeral and having lived in the area for nearly 10 years, this is our hotel of choice. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located close to many E. Vancouver/Camas amenities. Just a nice place to stay.
