"One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable and private, although the one small pillow was underwhelming. Everything was very clean. Only four beds to a room made it feel almost like a regular hotel."

No further explanation, alternatives, or compensation were offered. The complimentary breakfast was average, with the same items every morning and no omelet station. If a rooftop bar or amenities matter to you, this is not the place to stay."

"Great location close to Michigan Ave, Water Tower Mall, and Lake Michigan. The hotel is on a side street so pretty quiet for Chicago. The beds were a bit uncomfortable other than that it was a great stay."
