"Very clean rooms/hotel. Also very spacious! Great staff! The best breakfast we had in our two weeks in Europe (Italy, France, Switzerland, Monaco). Close to the Genova Brignole train station (5 minutes walk maybe less), lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc all around. Very quiet as well considering it’s close to all the activities. Was maybe 5-10 minutes walk to the Piazza De Ferrari area and shopping mall is also 5 mins away. This was the best actual hotel (not apartment) that we stayed in our Euro trip. Family of 4. Highlight of the stay was the breakfast staff I believe her name was Maria. Hotel is also about 20 minutes (Direct train) to Santa Margherita-Ligure that has beautiful sandy beaches with turquoise water for swimming and from there, you can take a boat to Portofino which is another 15-20 minutes."

"Everything was fantastic here. It's in a great location, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was also a huge highlight. I highly recommend. Bring your own hair dryer, the one provided isn't good."

"I hate to mention the air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning was wonderful!!!! I was on the first floor room 120!!!! it was very hot in Genoa and when I came back to the room, the room was still cold. The staff was great, including the young woman in the breakfast bar. She was very attentive. I did give five stars but a little bit better on how to find the place once you walk into the building would be nice. Again, it didn’t take from the stars. Great location! Great shower! And great bed!….. and did I mention the air-conditioning?!"

"Check in was a little slow. Hotel has a lot of steps. Even in room and in hall ways. Good hotel but if you have a lot of luggage the stairs are a bit annoying."
