This hotel has maintained its good standards (we have been there many times). The rooms are not large, but very clean. The staff was very helpful, including organizing our taxi to and from the opera. The breakfast had good variety, and outdoor dining available.
This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed at. Our room was huge with marble bathroom and all the amenities.
The staff was extremely friendly and helped me park my car in the associated garage
The location is perfect for with access to the main street fares and also to the Arena Di Verona.
We would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in Verona
We stayed in the Tosca room. It was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Staff had great recommendations for local dining. We were served an excellent breakfast in our room. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Tip: if you’re driving, call the hotel first and give them your license plate number so you can drive through the restricted old town to drop your luggage at the hotel before going to off-site parking.
Wonderful place like home . Perfect location . Quiet, clean , friendly manager came to great us.
Would love to have stayed longer but we had our next city planned .
Would highly recommend and we would love to return soon .
I would 100% recommend this place for several reasons! Location is excellent the arena can be seen from your balcony and the park, where many tours meet, is also right there.
The room is clean and the elevator works. Bed and pillows are comfortable and bathroom is super modern with a bidet and also very clean.
I can not over emphasized the brilliance of the location! 10 minute easy walk from station and everything is right by you including the shopping and 2 amazing bodegas!!! One for a great...
This hotel is LITERALLY across from Juliet’s Balcony, and in the heart of it all. When we first got there I won’t lie, I was definitely concerned about being dead center of a huge tourist spot, but the noise at night wasn’t an issue at all. They lock the gate and only hotel guests can come in and out (so save trying to see the balcony for after hours unless you want to go inside). The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was a wonderful size. Super comfortable bed and bathroom had...
The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was welcoming and helpful in giving us ideas for places to visit. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. We look forward to staying here again!
A perfect stay. Wonderful staff. Nice and clean big room (really a serviced apartment). Great location. Everything was right. Thank you fellow reviewers for your honest and accurate reviews.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Viviana is a wonderful hostess who is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and always very prompt. This B&B was in a perfect location for us - it is about a 15-minute from the train station and a 10-minute walk to the main square. We want to return to Verona and hope we will be able to stay here again.
In the center of old Verona! Welcome was outstanding. We recommend it. Driving is a challenge in the old City but can be handled with GPS. We chose the vlet parking as the car is not needed in the old City
