"We have been surprised by the poor level of service of this hotel. It's rated 4 stars we paid more than 160 euros by night but they were several issues. The restaurant was quite often complete, we were not informed in advance. We made the queue to be then informed that it was complete. Hopefully for the breakfasts we took it during the booking.
