We walked from the train station to the hotel with larger pieces of luggage (about 15-20 minutes) so that is do-able Definitely would recommend & stay again if in the area (stayed for 3 nights)"

"Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. The staff were very helpful with a change of rooms and finding us secure parking on site. The location was perfect as we were one step from the Fasching. We will definitely be back! "

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"Lovely apartment, had everything you could ask for...and cheap as I got it for £50 the day before I travelled. A quick 5 minute walk from Villach HBF. The information was clear and kept updated and I was pleased to be able to check in an hour or so early to dump my suitcase off and then explore"

"Cozy, well stocked, and perfectly located suite! Everything was within walking distance, including the bus/train station. There weren’t many English channels on TV (totally expected that), but they do have YouTube, Netflix, etc. Cute little set up and lots of light. Self check in/out was easy, and it was just the perfect place to stay right in the city. I’d absolutely return. "
