"The property is beautiful. Our room was incredible, a bit industrial/modern. Full kitchen, living room, loft bedroom. There was a record player to listen to and a speaker you could pair your music with also, which was fun. There was an issue where they didn’t provide us with the code to get into the building, which delayed our entry by two hours, in the rain. Very frustrating. Plus the very next day was the beginning of the month in which that code changes and we were not notified all day until...

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean. There was plenty of parking. It's an out of town location, i.e. it would be a long walk into the town from there, but if you're looking for a room in the area, then this hotel is a great choice. My daughter is at university in Kingston so we're likely going to be staying there repeatedly on visits."
