It’s up the top of the island so near the pier where you come in and depart, and also near the walking street night market. 7 eleven at the top of the road is very convenient. "

We used the resort shuttle to and from the airport, which was super convenient and a pleasant journey. I highly recommend Layana. It is the nicest resort on Koh Lanta."

"A beautiful resort and staff so so helpful and always smiley! Rooms were so well kept and really clean. Aircon works very well! Pool area kept very clean and different areas to sit at to have a drink. Beach access for early morning or early evening walks. Food and drinks good, only comment would be cooked breakfast got cold quickly if you didn’t get there at breakfast opening time. Beautiful sea views and an amazing sunset from Reggae Bar! "

"The room was lovely and spacious with a good shower. The pool was clean and big. The beach area and bar were also nice. When arriving and walking through the resort some of the communal areas could use some TLC but the main features are well kept. Good location for the beach and under a 200 baht taxi to Saladan pier. "Our favourite hotel on this beach. There is a complementary breakfast served in the reception area until 11.30 AM (highly recommend the "Chinese bread sticks/doughnuts"). Only downside is all the Swedish people who leave their pool towels to "reserve" themselves sunbeds by the pool - for HOURS, resulting in irritation among guests."

"This could be a decent property if someone actually cared. Lots if stuff laying around. A toilet brush got thrown on the ground after use and stayed there for four days. Sheets and towels get washed and thrown on a couch until they are needed again. Not folded. Garbage and junk everywhere. Ants in our room constantly and no spray. The room was clean but the overall impression was not great. Would not stay here again. "
