Good points: good location, good parking, clean, good WiFi Bad points: very poor mattress, shower scalding hot and impossible to control, no furniture other than bed and bedside table. I will use this hotel again because of price and location and parking. You get what you pay for and I don't need much!"

"Great stay, a last minute decision for a night in Hull. We had our own room with en-suite & we couldn’t fault it. Full use of kitchen on 2nd floor if needed. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Very convenient multi story car park opposite (cost us £9.50 to park overnight). Would definitely go back again 👍"

"Had to ring customer services to get the entry code etc, but details sent straight away. Easy walking distance to the town centre and bus/train station. Room was very spacious (I was upgraded from a single to a double), clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to other travellers 🙂"

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "
