"What a lovely, peaceful place to stay. Jerry and Patricia were lovely and welcoming and provided us with milk for a coffee as we would not be there for breakfast. We could use the gardens if we wanted too. It was a hidden gem. We stayed here when going to the Grand Prix as Silverstone was half an hour away so we left early and didn't get a chance to have breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again and there is a lovely pub in the village too."

"The room was nicely decorated. The hotel is full of character. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. They have a restaurant which looks very nice. We did not have time to try that this time. We hope to be able to try that one day. We would recommend this hotel."
