"We have stayed at the Hopping Hare a few times. It is a great pub, the food is very good, and the staff are very helpful. We would recommend the Hopping Hare to anyone. Only down side is getting to the rooms can be a little tricky - narrow passage ways and stairs."

"We always stay here now when visiting friends and family in the East Midlands. We have tried other hotels in the area from Bedford up to Leicester but this is ideal for location, food, service and a lovely reservoir to walk our Saluki! Parking is safe and ample, breakfasts are amazing, staff are helpful, welcoming and polite. Rooms are tidy, comfortable and spacious . The location is 5 mins off M1 but soooo quiet, 1 minute off A45 or A428 means every direction is accessible. "
