"I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. However i do have to say there chef is amazing, the food was excellent. ...

"Nice, old-style hotel with big rooms, a restaurant and no elevator (in the "house" - I think there is one in the tower). Friendly, helpful staff and the walk to the Christmas Market is about 15 minutes."
