They brought me a bottle of water ( everyday ) and a fruit platter. A perfect place, with a private beach, to spend a few relaxing days in Sharm. "From the very first minute at check in the stay at the hotel was outlined. Reception staff and porters were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms in zone 7 were fantastic. Cleaners were very attentive at all times. The pool area was great as was the barman. The beach was also fantastic. The animation team, food and bar were all excellent. Lets get onto the food. The buffet which was available at all times had varied options for all. The al acarte restaurants were fabulous....

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...
