Everything you want to see downtown is walkable there are restaurants and cafés everywhere. The Rideau mall is nearby. The rooms are amazing. "This hotel was amazing!! I love their breakfast every morning from 6am-10am. The pool here is also really fun to swim in, very relaxing and soo big. The staff here is also really nice and sweet. I wish every hotel i stayed at was as nice as this one!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the Confederation Park and Rideau Canal where the Winterlude Festival was held. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had 2 queen sized beds and a very large bathroom. Initially we thought parking would be a problem because the hotel was located in downtown Ottawa. It turned out that street parking was free overnight. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Ottawa for sightseeing."

"As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "

"Top floor room as requested displayed a catching bird’s eye view of East side of Ottawa. Strategically located within short walks to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Sparks Street and CF Rideau. Cool that the hotel offered basement parking though paid as it sheltered us from the cold windy winter days when in Ottawa. Breakfast was simple but better than other hotels. Would definitely consider staying there again during next visit."
