"It is a private property, I did not expect that there isn't any reception. The security would not help you to get into the apartment. You need to contact the owner. They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people."

"The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time"

"사진보다 더 고급스럽고 깨끗했어요.. 우리가 2주동안 머물렀는데.. 개미도 안보이고 바퀴벌레 딱 1마리 아주 작은거 있었어요.. 8층 수영장도 좋았고.. 저녁수영은 멋졌어요( 밤10시까지 가능) 주위환경도 멋진 레스토랑들이 많아서 좋았어요.. 페트로나스 타워는 걸어서 25분 걸렸어요.. 퀼몰(nsk)이 가까워서 이것저것하기 좋았어요^^"

"Modern & clean hotel, with efficient friendly staff. Near a bus station, but it was a safe area. Amenities were amazing. Valet, security, bar area, food delivery dropoff area, etc. Beautiful modern lobby, fast elevators, immaculate & well stocked, modern room. I was able to get a "Grab" (Malaysia's Uber)for about $4 to downtown, which was usually about a 10 min drive. "

"We’re so thankful that we chose to stay at the Sunway Putra Hotel on our trip to KL. The room was spacious and clean. It was incredibly convenient having the mall downstairs with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! And the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially our room attendant Baset. Not only did he keep our room impeccably clean, but he brightened our days with his friendliness and smiles.
